Returns

At United Blanks, ensuring complete customer satisfaction remains our top priority. While we strive for accuracy, we acknowledge the possibility of human error. It is important for customers to carefully inspect received merchandise to confirm it matches their order specifications before any alterations are made. Any discrepancies should be addressed promptly with United Blanks. Customers are responsible for thoroughly examining and testing all items before any customization or washing processes commence.

Once merchandise undergoes any form of alteration (such as screen printing, embroidery, relabeling, washing, dyeing, or embellishment), returns or claims/exchanges cannot be accepted.

Claims regarding product issues must be raised within 7 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the initial packing list. Prior authorization is necessary for all returns, and shipments lacking a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused. Customers are liable for return freight charges. Please note that samples and items designated as special/clearance are non-returnable. Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return by our returns department, we will proceed with processing your refund and issuing a credit to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for this process to be completed.

For all returns, please e-mail support@unitedblanks.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your original order number, and a list of the items and corresponding quantities being returned.

  • We do not accept returns of decorated goods.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, defects etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • All returns must be authorized by United Blanks in advance within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Cancelled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to customer error or unclaimed pickup orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned products plus applicable shipping charges. There is a minimum restocking fee of $25.00.
  • Freight on all returns must be prepaid by you.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization form or number from United Blanks. Please contact United Blanks Support for a return authorization and shipping address.
  • Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
  • Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer prior to decorating or reshipping.
  • We reserve the right to ask for photographic or other evidence of a defect.
  • We reserve the right not to permit a return if we believe in our sole discretion you are abusing the return policy.
